Our subscription-based memberships allow us to communicate any time throughout the year. We offer two monthly memberships with additional services charged separately.
For those who want to keep a close watch on their home throughout the year, we recommend our "Seasonal" membership.
For those looking for a more general overview, we suggest our "Annual" membership.

Initial Home Intake, 3-8 hours on site
A one-time documentation process, at the start of service, of the current state of the interior and exterior of your residence to generate a Preventative Maintenance Report (PMR)
Documentation includes:

Kitchen and Bathroom sealants

We will create a priority list of items that need attention.
You can complete the list yourself, or we can coordinate those services for you.
Home Checkup occurs in both memberships. This routine task helps us monitor your home's current and future conditions. Home Checkups include reviewing all items in your most recent Preventative Maintenance Report and creating a new current one. Each new PMR will include an updated priority task list with recommendations from us.

Every special project will include a Daily Report, logging who was on your property, what work was completed and where, and any additional comments or recommendations RyboHome has to include.

For those simply looking for advice on questions or documentation about their home, RyboHome offers consulting services by the hour.
During our walkthrough of your home with you we will answer any and all questions you have about your property. We will discuss the current conditions of items and how they may change over time. We will point out any potential issues we see and the best solutions for you to take.

Steve is a successful tech developer and has an 8,000 square foot single family home. He likes to spend his time focused on work and fun. Home maintenance is not something he wants to even think about, because it is not worth his time.
Steve heard about RyboHome from a friend and decided that it was just the service he needs.
Because Steve regularly travels to and from California, he wanted a little more attention paid to his house. He opted for the "Seasonal Plus" membership so that his landscaping and property extents were also monitored, as well as RyboHome Direct Services. RyboHome comes to Steve's house 4 times a year to provide detailed home checkups. They check smoke detectors, replace batteries in the smart locks, change filters, check to make sure no light bulbs are out, and replace water filters regularly. They even check his furniture to ensure no chair legs are loose! Steve never has an issue with anything in his home while RyboHome is looking after it.
Steve plans on selling his house in 5 years. He knows that having documented records of all maintenance activities, as well as specifications on almost every item in his home (including appliances and warranty info) will help him sell his house quickly and at a premium.
A typical breakdown of Steve's payments are provided below:
The "Seasonal Plus" membership with Direct Services: $225 + $15 per month
Bi-Annual Furnace and AC maintenance: $720 (this number will vary per system)
Miscellaneous maintenance items (this will be reviewed with each client individually): $2,580
Annual Landscaping services: $8,000
Annual Interior cleaning services (visiting bi-weekly): $6,500
Because Steve has a very large house, his membership cost is increased to account for the time needed provide a thorough review of his home. Steve pays an annual cost of $2,880 for his membership services. Steve's miscellaneous maintenance items include things like gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, paint touchups, furniture tightening, shower re-caulking, and more!
His total financial investment per year in his property is around $20,680.
Steve is happy to pay for premium services and trusts that RyboHome will not only take care of his home, but also increase its value when it comes time to sell!
John has a 2,500 square foot single family home. His daily job takes him into the city most days of the week. John takes care of his home well, but it takes up a lot of his time on weekends and weeknights to coordinate maintenance services. He has a long list of things that need to get done around the house but he prefers to spend his time on the weekends with his wife and kids.
To help with his his property upkeep, John subscribed to RyboHome's "Annual" membership. He pays $50 per month plus a fee starting at 5% of the cost of additional services that are coordinated by RyboHome and performed by third-party servicers. Once a year, RyboHome visits John's house to perform an annual Home Checkup. This visit documents everything throughout his house and leaves him with a Preventative Maintenance Report (PMR) to help him plan for any current or upcoming projects. John also added Direct Services for only $15 more per month. RyboHome comes to John's house four times per year to change furnace filters, smoke detector batteries and check in about any other issues. To maintain efficiency and longevity, John signed up to have his mechanical equipment serviced annually, which results in a one-time charge at the time of service. Other services that John uses RyboHome to coordinate are air duct cleanings, painting and various handyman services, which are charged separately.

Bi-Annual Furnace and AC maintenance: $480 (this number will vary per system)
Without any other services performed this year, John's yearly cost for preventative maintenance monitoring and service by RyboHome is $1,260. John has his PMR (Property Maintenance Report) that he can refer to at any time, and whenever he has an issue throughout the year, he just gives RyboHome a call. His favorite part of the service is peace of mind knowing that he can leave a key or code to his home so that services can be done while he is at work!
